So I reloaded the original UT on my PC last night. But I couldnt play it. Anytime I moved the mouse the picture would just jump all around and finally come to rest with me pointing at the ground.WTF is up with that!?

What's the FPS? Is it really laggy-ish?
not laggy...kinda the other way around. It's as if my mouse is giving too much information. Someone here at work suggested my mouse driver might not play nice with UT.
Hmm. Try going to preferences and messing with the mouse speed and see if that works.
I kept messing with everything until now I can play - in slow motion. Everything is in slow motion, my movements, the bots, etc. *sigh*
OK, why didnt someone say - use Win98 compatibility mode? I did that and made everything work!
