There is no cloak of protection +3 in fire plane. It wasn´t there since the high lvl party but elite shop had it and +4 one so it was no prob. I made a char on fire now and remembered that cloak is not there.

Fire Item vendor still doesn't have infinite Helms of Fleetness. I've sold like 10 of them as a DM and its getting old.
Actually yes he does. There is something wrong with a script somewhere. When the server is restarted everything is fine. Once it has been up for a while the fire vendor "runs out" of helms somehow. I have no idea what's wrong with it currently. I have checked more then once. The helm of fleetness in the Fire Vendor is set to infinite.
