You see this? 768MB of RAM on a video card?!?!?! And running at 900MHz!!!!!!

Yes, these are the new DirectX 10 cards that we knew were coming. I may have to hunt around for a good review of these cards.

I wonder how much this will make the 7900s drop in price.

What made me drool the most was seeing this ONE card perform as well as 2 nVidia or ATI cards, I KNEW I didnt need to buy an SLI mobo. :P

Oh yeah that is very impresive. Shit man you dont even see scores like that from stuff thats been OCd. When started through the bench marks is where I started to get WOOD!!! LMAO:D I tell ya man if ATI doesn't do something quite significant ole Bushy might be switching over to nVidia. Whoa...did I just say that:erm:

I'd think it was an incredible day. However, I firmly beleive that within a very short time (month or so) we're going to see ATI's DirectX10 cards and they'll rock just as hard.

Your probably right about the time frame. However, I can't help but wonder what kind of margin
ATI will try and beat the nvidia card by if they can at all. What I mean is; are they going to put something that will smash the
competition or put something out that will just slightly pull ahead of it. Thats the part I really hate. The gfx war will be back in
full swing. Still, whichever card a guy gets is going to be way better than anything out now. Shit man There arent any games out
right now that even tax my cards. So all a person will be doing is buy for bragging rights. Heh it's all good. Should be interesting to
watch this one unfold. "The war that is". Ive already started saving my money. I figure by the time the war is over I will have enough
to get what I want. I just hope more games will using DX 10 by then, and I hope I like the games that do come out with it.

This is where I luck out. I just bought NWN2 and I'll prob be playing that game for the next 2 years (played NWN for 3). When Obsidian was developing it they used nVidia cards (the logo even comes up in the opening credits) so basically I'm set if I want to just sit on my equipment. I can already run the game at max resolution with all graphics turned up. I dont even need DirectX 10. :D

You know I'm not sure if I even want to wait to see what ATI does in response to nVidia.
I haven't owned a nVidia card for quite some time now. But I have to wait. If ATI can come up with something real significant
to what nVidia has out now I will have to stay with them. Geez man what quagmire of shi*.
